As someone who has faced immense physical and emotional challenges, I discovered Qigong as a powerful tool for healing and recovery. I became a Certified Qigong Trainer under Grand Master Chunyi Lin, The founder of Spring Forest Qigong.

One important thing I want to add is that when I was recovering from car accident to brain aneurysm knee replacement and surgeries I was in a wheelchair and practicing Qigong, as this practice can be done, laying down, sitting, and standing up.

Even if you have time for two minutes time you can do Dolphining of neck,
